We are using the call center module. Although the reports are pretty good we would like to have some "live" data. We would like to know how many callers are waiting in each queue to be answered and for how long they have been waiting (if possible)

Is there an extension or a command that we could use to have this information?

Something like this would work:

Queue 1: 5 Callers - 453 seconds (or minutes...)
Queue 2: 2 Callers - 183 seconds

all i can think of its fop2, shows u how many people are waiting in line, and on linux u can issue the following command asterisk -rx "queue show numberornameofthequeue" and it would list you the info on that queue
